About Peak Chandelier
Conical forms and rings of lit glass spheres
The spherical handblown glass diffusers of the Peak Chandelier seem to float below the brass conical forms. Suspended on a single rigid brass stem from a matching conical ceiling canopy, they are simple, sophisticated and playful. The three different sizes each have a different personality, so there is a Peak Chandelier for every space and need. The smallest can work in spaces where a smaller pendant fixture is required while the largest can light a lobby or grand foyer. The perfect sculptural companion for circular dining tables of all sizes.
Glass shaped by hand
The glass spheres of the Peak Chandelier are formed by hand, allowing them to be slightly imperfect to express their handmade origins. The “dipped” glass options feature an irregular, open mouth, created by double-dipping the piece into the molten glass crucible, followed by breaking the piece from the pipe and fire-polishing the opening – a purposeful expression of craft and the act of glassblowing. The “textured” glass diffusers have no opening. Their surface is frosted and features a subtle pattern of lines etched into the glass for a moody and classic look.
Shape and proportion
The Peak Collection is all about geometry and composition. The bold lines of the brass cones contrast with handblown glass shapes of the lit diffusers. Proportion is the key to each design in the Peak Collection, and every millimeter has been considered.
