About Stem 2x Sconce/Ceiling
Glass shaped by hand
The glass spheres of the Stem 2X Sconce/Ceiling are formed by hand, allowing them to be slightly imperfect to express their handmade origins. The “dipped” glass options feature an irregular, open mouth, created by double-dipping the piece into the molten glass crucible, followed by breaking the piece from the pipe and fire-polishing the opening – a purposeful expression of craft and the act of glassblowing. The “textured” glass diffusers have no opening. Their surface is frosted and features a subtle pattern of lines etched into the glass for a moody and classic look.
Basic done right
As a wall light, the Stem 2X Sconce/Ceiling can be installed in any orientation – horizontal, vertical, or other. This added flexibility allows this symmetrical light to take on different looks and personalities that can work within space requirements, or to accentuate different interiors.
