The design for the interiors of this build-out by Anne Sneed Architectural Interiors for a private client in Costa Mesa, California included a striking conference room. Separated from the rest of the office by a wall of glass integrated within a series of dark-painted structural steel frames, the double-height room is an impressive space.
The 22-foot long live-edge wood slab conference table ringed with 16 Eames office chairs upholstered in white leather required lighting of equal gravitas. Anne Sneed chose two SkLO Lasso 48 Chandeliers in dark oxidized steel, black fabric-wrapped cord, and opaque white glass. Custom built to accommodate the long drop from the high ceiling, these two 4-foot long chandeliers’ black and white palette fit perfectly with the finishes and furnishings of the space while adding an element of sophistication to the room.
